Jeslyn Lim is a training consultant and executive facilitator with over 30 years of cross-sector experience spanning banking, insurance, CRM implementation, customer experience, digital transformation and adult learning. She specialises in translating business and technology changes into practical, engaging and workplace-relevant learning experiences.
Jeslyn designs and delivers learner-centred programmes covering Generative AI, AI productivity, digital adoption, customer experience, agile practices, workplace communication and service excellence. She is experienced in learning needs analysis, programme design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and supporting organisations through technology and business transformation.
Jeslyn has been actively delivering training across corporate, WSQ and education sectors, including Generative AI, prompt engineering, workplace productivity, customer service and experiential learning programmes. She works with diverse learners and uses practical exercises, real-world examples and hands-on facilitation to encourage effective workplace application.
Prior to her training career, Jeslyn held senior roles with organisations including United Overseas Bank, HSBC Insurance, Etiqa Insurance, Great Eastern Life, DBS Bank and Deutsche Bank, leading enterprise implementations, CRM projects, customer experience transformation, agile initiatives and user adoption programmes across regional and international environments.
Jeslyn holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & International Business) from the University of Tasmania. Her professional credentials include TAEPP Trainer, ACTA, MOE Registered Instructor, Generative AI Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Certificate in Coaching. Her training philosophy is to ensure every learning experience leaves participants more confident, capable and ready to apply what they have learned in their work and daily lives.
